Kanadevia Inova in Italy is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead the executive and detailed design of energy and waste-to-X plants in line with contracts and regulations. You will manage the project engineering team and coordinate with customers, partners, and authorities to drive design excellence.

The role requires strong engineering tools skills, collaboration across disciplines, and fluency in Italian and English. A professional growth path via the Inova Academy is offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in civil, mechanical, energy or environmental field and minimum 3 years’ experience in energy, renewables, or environmental technology.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
• Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
• Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross):55000 EUR/year
