Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Site Manager to supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across civil, mechanical, and electrical phases. You will ensure compliance with client specs, manage subcontractors, and coordinate installation activities on site in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deliverables.
• Monitor construction project progress and control subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities.
• Verify materials delivered to site, storage and preservation, and coordinate with logistics.
• Ensure site safety, act as the responsible person on site and report safety performance and issues to management.
• Collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects.
• Coordinate site quality control processes and provide regular construction discipline progress reports

Job Description

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across all civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications, KVI technical requirements and deliverables ,monitoring construction project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules.
• Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, as well as their proper storage and preservation, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department.
• Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance (by KVI tools) and issues to management.
• Proactively collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects.
• Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular construction discipline progress reports

Qualifications

• Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects
• Experienced in the coordination of contracts and subcontractors
• Experienced in site-technical office role overseeing the completion of mechanical (BOP) and electrical activities.
• Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations
• Fluent English

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 40000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
