Kanadevia Inova is seeking a senior engineer to design energy plants and lead project engineering efforts in a global context. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with specs, and drive concurrent engineering across disciplines. Proficiency in P&IDs, AutoCAD, and Revit/Inventor is required.

Italian and English language skills are essential, and the role offers a central location with opportunities for professional development and international collaboration.

Formación

• Engineering degree and at least 3 years in energy, renewables, or environmental tech.
• Strong expertise in energy plant design: mechanical layouts, piping, and fluids.
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary project teams.
• Proficient with P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, and MS Office.
• Italian C1+ and English B2+ with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Drive concurrent engineering with Discipline Engineering.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives
• Manages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Oversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.
• Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering
• Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
• Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards

Qualifications

Your experiences

• Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
• Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
• Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities. Additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross):55000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
