Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced engineer to lead executive and detailed design of energy plants in Italy, coordinating an engineering team and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will drive cross-disciplinary collaboration and define purchase specifications while using P&IDs, AutoCAD, and Revit/Inventor.

The role requires 3+ years in energy or environmental tech, Italian C1+ and English B2+ plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
• Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
• Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); additional languages are a plus.

• Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities. Additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 55000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
