Alstom España ricerca un Project Engineering Manager da assegnare ai siti di Roma, Bari, Bologna o Firenze per gestire l''ambito tecnico contrattuale del progetto e garantire la consegna secondo qualità, costi, tempi e prestazioni.

Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza nella gestione di progetti ingegneristici, leadership dimostrata e inglese fluente. Ruolo internazionale con responsabilità su rischi, design e processi ingegneristici.

Competenze

• Background ingegneristico con visione del ciclo di vita di progetto.
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnico-ingegneristici.
• Esperienza pratica nella gestione di team funzionali o gerarchici.
• Esperienza in controllo di costi e pianificazione nell'ambito ingegneristico.
• Esperienza nelle relazioni con i clienti in contesti contrattuali.
• Elevata capacità di leadership.
• Inglese fluente scritto e parlato.

Mansioni

• Gestire l'ambito tecnico contrattuale del progetto.
• Gestire i rischi tecnici del progetto e il relativo piano di mitigazione.
• Validare le scelte di progettazione tecnica con i colleghi e il Solution Director.
• Disporre i processi ingegneristici, metodi e strumenti applicabili al progetto.
• Gestire la soluzione del progetto per soddisfare qualità, costo, consegna e prestazioni (QCDP).
• Essere responsabile del design di progetto e delle attività di ingegneria applicata.
• Supervisionare le attività di Verifica e Validazione.

Join us as a Project Engineering Manager and you will be loolking at a career defining role based in Rome, Bari, Bologna or Florence site Your Role: As a Project Engineering Manager you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders. Your Challenges:

• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project
• Manage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
• Validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director
• Deploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the project
• Manage the project solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments
• Be responsible of the project design and application engineering activities
• Supervise Verification & Validation activities

Qualifications:

• Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view
• Relevant experience in managing technical projects
• Hands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in contractual situations
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
