Alstom España cerca un Project Engineering Manager per guidare lo sviluppo tecnico di progetti in contesti internazionali. Sarai responsabile di garantire che l’ambito tecnico, i requisiti di qualità, costi e tempi siano rispettati, lavorando in un team multinazionale e interfacciandoti con lo Solution Director.

L’opportunità è disponibile per sedi in Roma, Bari, Bologna o Firenze, con focus su ingegneria di progetto e gestione di fornitori e stakeholder.

Competenze

• Background ingegneristico con visione completo ciclo di vita di un progetto.
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnici.
• Esperienza pratica nel coordinare team funzionali o gerarchici.
• Controllo costi e pianificazione nell’ambito ingegneristico.
• Esperienza nel gestire relazioni con il cliente in contesti contrattuali.
• Spiccate doti di leadership.
• Inglese scritto e parlato fluente.

Mansioni

• Gestire l’ambito tecnico contrattuale del progetto.
• Gestire i rischi tecnici e il piano di mitigazione.
• Convalidare scelte di progettazione con i peer e il Solution Director.
• Distribuire i processi, metodi e strumenti di ingegneria sul progetto.
• Gestire la soluzione di progetto per qualità, costo, consegna e performance.
• Responsabile del design di progetto e attività di ingegneria applicativa.
• Supervisionare attività di Verifica e Validazione.

Join us as a Project Engineering Manager and you will be loolking at a career defining role based in Rome, Bari, Bologna or Florence site Your Role: As a Project Engineering Manager you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders. Your Challenges:

• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project
• Manage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
• Validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director
• Deploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the project
• Manage the project solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments
• Be responsible of the project design and application engineering activities
• Supervise Verification & Validation activities

Qualifications:

• Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view
• Relevant experience in managing technical projects
• Hands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in contractual situations
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
