Timberlab in Piemonte, Italy is seeking a qualified professional to assist in administration of field offices to achieve project profitability and schedule goals. The role involves updating drawings, preparing distributions to subcontractors, maintaining logs, supporting CPM schedules, and compiling labor and quantity data.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering/Construction Management/Architectural degree (or equivalent experience) and has basic estimating, scheduling, and drafting skills

Competenze

  • Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree completed or in progress, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic estimating and scheduling skills desirable.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting.
  • Drafting and computer skills desirable.

Mansioni

  • Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs.
  • Prepare document distributions to subcontractors.
  • Maintain document logs.
  • Assist with maintenance and updating of CPM schedules.
  • Assist with determining weekly labor production quantities.
  • Assist with processing submittals.
  • Maintain submittal log.
  • Assist with processing RFI’s.
  • Maintain RFI log on CMS system.
  • Maintain expediting log.
  • Assist in project filing system maintenance.
  • Input data for labor cost reports and field quantity surveys.
  • Assist with affirmative action program documentation.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
