Timberlab in Piemonte seeks an Assembly Technician to fabricate mass timber components to job specs, read shop drawings and prepare workstations as directed.

You will operate a forklift and overhead crane, handle materials safely, and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet tolerances.

Good manual dexterity and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather are required, along with strict adherence to safety procedures.

Competenze

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and product specs.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with hardware and fastener types and safe operating procedures.

Mansioni

• Fabricate product per job specs and drawings.
• Prepare workstations per Lead Assembly Technician direction.
• Read, and understand shop drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and process documents.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets job specs and tolerances.
• Be knowledgeable on all hardware and fastener types.
• Handle and transport material with forklift and overhead crane.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Report issues with tool, equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
