A leading renewable energy firm in Italy is looking for a talented Project Engineer to manage and coordinate renewable projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and report on project milestones. Ideal candidates should have a graduate degree in electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in photovoltaics. Proficiency in CAD and knowledge of Italian electrical norms are advantageous.

This full-time position calls for a talented Project Engineer to carry out a wide range of renewable projects. This position involves support from the Roma and Ancona (Italy) administrative offices and is suitable for staff at all organizational levels involved in an exciting and ambitious growing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead all assigned projects, managing and coordinating the integrated work streams including construction management, technical management, procurement, and project controls.
2. Provide clear and concise status reports on project structure, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach. Ensure compliance with operational project documentation.
3. Ensure project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards. Manage communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects against established milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical norms is a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in photovoltaics. Proficiency in CAD for power plant design activities; knowledge of PVCase and PVSyst is a plus. Familiarity with CEI 0-2 and CEI 0-16 standards.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited directives. Proactive, flexible, and interested in innovative solutions.
