Meet Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Process Engineer for a 15-month freelance contract in Mirandola, Italy. The role requires hands-on work in manufacturing, process start-up, industrialisation, and rigorous validation activities on a full-time, onsite basis.

Italian language proficiency is required. Prior experience with FAT, SAT, OQ & PQ, and statistical analysis tools like Minitab is highly valued. The position is based in Mirandola with immediate start.

Process Engineer - Mirandola, Italy

I'm currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team on a long-term freelance contract.

The opportunity

• Location: Mirandola, Italy
• Contract: 15 months
• Start: ASAP
• Work pattern: Full-time, 5 days onsite
• Italian speaking required

We're looking for experience in:

• Process engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Process start-up, industrialisation and validation
• FAT, SAT, OQ & PQ execution
• Writing and executing validation protocols
• Process improvement and manufacturing troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Statistical process analysis including Minitab, DOE, CpK, PpK & Gage R&R
• Manufacturing technologies such as plastics, moulding, xysqume ultrasonic welding, bonding, leak testing or vision systems

Experience within medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial.
