GEA is seeking a Project Engineer in Parma to design and configure homogenizers, provide technical support throughout project lifecycles, and collaborate with the Sales team in customer meetings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and 0–3 years of professional experience, with English proficiency and strong analytical skills. You will participate in validation activities and drive continuous improvement in a global context.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.
• Good command of English (B1) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Design and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.
• Provide technical support to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales during customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Apply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
• Support cross-functional projects across different departments and Group companies.
• Promote teamwork, innovation, and lean principles.
