CAP INGELEC in Milan is seeking an Electrical Construction Engineer to lead on-site coordination of the electrical package for major industrial building projects. You will supervise on-site execution, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and QHSE commitments.

Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy, the role requires an Electrical Engineering degree and at least eight years of experience, plus strong leadership and fluency in Italian and English.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an Electrical Construction Engineer in Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects, for Electrical (LV/MV) discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the electrical package:

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising subcontractors,
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
