SDA Bocconi School of Management cerca un/una internship nel Program Management per fornire supporto all’organizzazione di programmi executive e corsi, curando calendarizzazione, comunicazioni ai partecipanti e materiali didattici.

La posizione prevede interazione con Marketing, Amministrazione e Logistica, organizzazione di visite e eventi e gestione delle valutazioni; è richiesta laurea magistrale, ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese e un anno di esperienza all’estero.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale richiesta o in corso.
• Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese.
• Esperienza all’estero di almeno un anno.
• Approccio digitale e orientamento al servizio al cliente.

Mansioni

• Supportare l’organizzazione di docenti e contesti formativi, calendari e comunicazioni.
• Deliziare i partecipanti con un servizio cliente di alto livello dall'inizio al termine delle classi.
• Gestire materiali didattici e la piattaforma e-learning del programma.
• Organizzare visite aziendali, study tour, seminari ed eventi correlati al corso.
• Gestire le procedure di valutazione dei corsi.
• Collabolare con Marketing, Amministrazione e Logistica.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY/ACTIVITIES

• Provide organizational support for Faculty, craft course experiences that resonate (e.G. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.);
• Delight participants with top-notch customer care, ensuring a positive journey from the beginning of each class dayManage teaching materials and the dynamic e-learning platform of the Program;
• Be in charge of the organization of company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events;
• Manage evaluation procedures for courses;
• Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics;

REQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree;

• Master’s degree;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and in EnglishOne year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working or any other);
• Digital approach, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A people-oriented mindset with excellent relational skills;
• Proactive in problem solving, energetic in accomplishing tasks, team player, effective on the jobStrong sense of service, customer orientation
