Danfoss GmbH is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to keep daily operations running smoothly across office and production environments. You will work with local users and international IT teams to translate business needs into practical IT solutions, with flexible on-site work and occasional work-from-home when operations allow.

You will contribute to a secure, reliable IT service that enables colleagues to stay productive, backed by mentoring, training, and global opportunities.

You will support colleagues at our site by ensuring reliable, secure, and user ‑ friendly IT services that enable smooth daily operations. Your role helps people stay productive acrossofficeand production environments.

By working closely with local users and collaborating with international IT teams, you translate real business needs into practical IT solutions. This role is primarily based on site, with some flexibility to work from home where it fits operational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on, on‑site IT support to colleagues, resolving incidents and requests to ensure daily operations continuity
• Support workplace technologies including Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure for reliable user experience
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, acting quickly to restore productivity
• Collaborate with central IT teams and external partners to ensure fast, high‑quality resolution when escalation is needed
• Support manufacturing and production‑related IT systems, helping maintain stability in an industrial environment

• Solid experience in on‑site IT support within a corporate or industrial environment, including Windows and Microsoft 365
• Practical understanding of network connectivity and local infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, on‑site connectivity)
