NACOS Marine is seeking a Production Technician (m/f/d) to support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities for electronic and electrical devices. You will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and assist troubleshooting in a dynamic production environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality and operations teams to maintain process standards, read schematics, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and organizational goals.

Competenze

  • Technical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation.

Mansioni

  • Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
  • Set up machinery and production lines for scheduled production runs.
  • Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and document production data accurately.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician (m/f/d) to support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities for electronic and electrical devices. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a dynamic production environment.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure high standards in production efficiency and product quality.


Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic devices and components
  • Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience using bench tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment
  • Experience with soldering, including SMD components, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation
  • Structured, hands-on, and quality-focused working style
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
