Pirelli, a global leader in tire manufacturing, is seeking a Production & Maintenance Supervisor in Piemonte. You will coordinate daily production, organize preventive maintenance, and collaborate with technical teams to minimize downtime.

With 1–3 years in industrial production and leadership, you will manage attendance, shift planning, data analysis, and ensure safety compliance while developing staff and coordinating with HR for disciplinary actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management).
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of production processes.
• Proficiency in management software and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards.
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime.
• Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) to implement new procedures on automated systems and analyze problems.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity.
• Track and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Supervise, motivate, and support production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives; facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards

• Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives.Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management)
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of production processes
• Proficiency in management software and reporting tools

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 32.000
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
• The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies
