Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management in Italy to lead Plant and Equipment projects from design through to hand-off, ensuring cost control and timely delivery. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to optimize solutions while balancing safety and reliability across facilities.

The candidate should have strong civil/mechanical/electrical facilities experience, be fluent in Italian with English knowledge preferred, and be eligible to work

• Experience in managing civil works or mechanical and electrical facilities projects.
• Fluent in Italian; English knowledge preferred.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Mansioni

• Lead P&E construction projects through the full lifecycle from design to purchase order and execution to documentation collection.
• Manage cost and execution of P&E projects including construction activities and facilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to optimize technical application, cost, time, safety and reliability of assets.
• Review project documentation from design through hand-off to maintenance.
