Baker Hughes in Lombardy's Talamona site seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes, improve efficiency and ensure product quality in a high-tech turbomachinery environment.

You will design, implement and improve systems with cross-functional teams, conduct time studies, apply lean methods, and train staff on new processes. Fluency in English and Italian and a Master's in Engineering are required, with NDT lab and energy sector experience.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Relevant experience in NDT in laboratory
• Relevant experience in products of the energy sector

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
