Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to support customers across Northern Italy with production printing solutions, from pre-sales demonstrations through implementation and training. This customer-facing role blends production print expertise with technical consulting.

The successful candidate will travel regularly to client sites, work in a hybrid model from a Milan-area base, and collaborate with European teams to deliver tailored workflows.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of experience in graphic arts or production printing; relevant industry exposure accepted.
• Solid knowledge of production digital printing and cut-sheet equipment; roll-fed preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of colour management, pre-press processes, production workflows, variable data printing, IT concepts.
• Strong customer-facing communication, demonstration, presentation, technical consulting, and training skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English for customer engagement in Italy and collaboration across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Demonstrate production printing equipment and advise customers on applications, colour management, pre-press, VDP, and workflows.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions and explain solution capabilities to customers.
• Implement sold solutions at customer sites and train customers to operate equipment and adopt new workflows.
• Build customer relationships, provide post-sales technical support, and identify opportunities to expand solutions.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Demonstrate production printing equipment and advise customers on applications, colour management, pre-press processes, variable data printing, and production workflows.
• Provide technical expertise throughout pre-sales discussions and communicate solution capabilities clearly to customers.
• Implement sold solutions at customer sites and train customers to operate equipment and adopt new workflows successfully.
• Build customer relationships, provide occasional post-sales technical support, and identify opportunities to expand solutions where appropriate.

What You Need to Succeed

• Relevant experience in graphic arts or production printing, with approximately five years preferred; candidates with less experience and relevant industry exposure will also be considered.
• Solid knowledge of production digital printing and cut-sheet equipment; experience with roll-fed equipment is an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of colour management, pre-press processes, production workflows, variable data printing, software solutions, and relevant IT concepts.
• Strong customer-facing communication, demonstration, presentation, technical consulting, and training skills.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English for customer engagement in Italy and collaboration with colleagues across Europe.
