Qualifications:

• Work Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent level of education 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred


• Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.


• Basic math skills and good use of logic


• Able to work and think independently


• Prior experience working on a machine


• Specific knowledge Some experience in manufacturing is preferred


• Specific competencies Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks


• Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Learning agility – Learn new tasks/rotate to different cells as needed and able to pick up new task quickly
