Freudenberg in Monselice, Italy is seeking a Production Operator to join our shift team. You will perform preliminary machine troubleshooting, record production data, and complete quality audits, while maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role requires basic English, basic math, and the ability to work independently.

You will help ensure production schedules are met and support Lean initiatives, with opportunities to train others and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–4 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Fluency in local language and basic English (if not local language).
• Basic math skills and logical thinking needed.
• Able to work independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
