Vertiv Co is seeking a Production Manager in Tognana, Italy, to oversee production and pre-assembly lines, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within complex sectors such as HVAC or automotive.
The ideal candidate will be involved in optimizing processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and defining budgets while leading their team with effective communication and leadership skills.

We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!
The production manager is responsible for the management of the production and pre‑assembly lines ensuring correct product and people management between the lines to achieve safety, quality, efficiency and productivity targets. The manager ensures right people management in production to maximise efficiency and quality for specific assembly lines and products (e.g., Water/Air machines) in the EMEA thermal management headquarter of Tognana, Italy. He will report to the Plant Manager and support operations in the implementation of improvement plans and by being a promoter of the culture of continuous improvement in the assembly shop, contributing where possible with “out of the box” thinking. He will be responsible for the entire production structure and its organisation.
