La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy and seeks a Production Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen the production team. The role focuses on planning daily, weekly and monthly schedules across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging, coordinating with Sales and QA to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will bring at least 3 years in coffee production planning, solid ERP/MRP knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, proactive approach.

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner – Coffee Industry La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced Production Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen our production team.

Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio, covering coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
• Align production plans with sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels
• Coordinate production capacity across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines
• Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow
• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Quality teams
• Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry
• Practical experience with coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging
• Strong understanding of industrial coffee manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP, MRP or production planning systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex, multi-line production environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments
• Experience in companies such as Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet’s, Caffè Vergnano or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
