illycaffè is seeking a Junior Demand & Distribution Planner to join the Demand & Operation Planning department in an international, multicountry environment. You will help translate market demand into effective supply and distribution plans.

You will analyze forecasts, monitor demand trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance product availability, inventory levels, and business objectives across central and peripheral warehouses and export markets.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Plan the requirements for central warehouses and subsidiaries, ensuring stock levels that are consistent with the forecasted demand and the company’s inventory policies.
• Manage the replenishment processes of peripheral warehouses, monitoring order progress and contributing to meeting replenishment timelines.

We are looking for a Junior Demand & Distribution Planner to join the Demand & Operation Planning department. In this role, you will contribute to the demand planning and inventory management processes, supporting the translation of market demand into effective supply and distribution plans. Working in an international and multicountry environment, you will analyze forecasts, monitor demand trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal balance between product availability, inventory levels, and business objectives.

What will you do as a Junior Demand & Distribution Planner:

• Plan the requirements for central warehouses and subsidiaries, ensuring stock levels that are consistent with the forecasted demand and the company’s inventory policies.
• Manage the replenishment processes of peripheral warehouses, monitoring order progress and contributing to meeting replenishment timelines.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, or related Supply Chain roles
• Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and translate data into meaningful actions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

The company applies the CCNL Alimentare Industria. The gross annual salary ranges from €28,000 to €33, 000 and is determined based on objective and neutral criteria related to the job requirements and the candidate’s profile, in accordance with the principles of equity, transparency, and equal opportunity.
