Bormioli Pharma is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the Castelguelfo plant's entire production process. The role focuses on achieving productivity, quality, and service targets while driving lean restructuring to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational goals and promote a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in production management within plastics or pharmaceutical

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in plastics or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good people management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the entire production process at Castelguelfo plant to meet productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets.
• Drive plant reorganization and Lean initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Coordinate production activities with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and other functions to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and promote a safety culture.
