Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead the assigned shift in our manufacturing unit, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met in line with SIS. The role combines operational leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and people development.

The candidate will coordinate Supervisors and Team Leaders, manage staffing levels, analyze performance data, and promote a culture of accountability while upholding Stellantis values on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with automotive production processes and performance indicators.
• 3–7 years in production environments including team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production activities and coordinate Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Ensure achievement of targets for UTEs and operating units.
• Monitor attendance, workforce utilization and staff development within the shift.
• Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment management on site.
• Drive Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and HR.
