Job summary

Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company, is seeking an Extracurricular Intern for the Pomigliano d'Arco site to learn the Production Analysis and workforce planning processes. You will support monthly analyses, KPI monitoring, and production requirement reviews.

The role requires a Master’s in Management Engineering, proficiency in MS Office, ability to read engineering drawings, and fluency in Italian with good English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Work visa required under local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Learn monthly workforce analysis at plant level, driving variance analysis by shop.
• Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring alignment with costs and efficiency.
• Support in monitoring and analysing production requirements.
• Learn to plan and forecast shop needs for proper workforce utilization.
• Assist in cost estimation during Target Cost definition.
• Learn and apply methods to measure routing time with stopwatch.
• Contribute to hourly analysis and workforce planning activities.
