Job summary

Avio Aero is offering an extracurricular internship in Program Management to support complex programs, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an international environment. You will contribute to planning, cost and schedule tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, data analysis, and teamwork, with ownership of assigned operational activities and increasing autonomy as you progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring programs across their lifecycle.
• Maintain and update program data including schedule, costs, risks, and dashboards.
• Contribute to cost control activities and WBS/CBS maintenance in coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist in governance through reviews, cadences, and metrics for decision-making, including EVM support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and support issue resolution.
• Assist in risk tracking and prepare management updates for stakeholders.
