Carel Industries S.P.A. is seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to join the Humidification Platform team.

You will support market inputs, analyze competitors, and help shape product priorities and roadmap initiatives, working cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Quality. You will ensure product information is accurate, accessible and aligned, contributing to continuous improvement on Quality, Cost and Delivery while engaging with distributed teams globally.

• Support the collection, consolidation and organization of market requirements, customer feedback and internal inputs
• Perform competitor benchmarking (features, positioning, pricing, documentation, comparisons)
• Create and maintain product documentation (datasheets, presentations, internal product notes, release updates)
• Support product lifecycle activities (launch readiness, internal alignment, training materials, change communication)
• Prepare analyses and reports (market trends, product performance, QCD insights)
• Coordinate follow-ups and action tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Contribute to alignment with distributed teams and participate in product-related meetings with global stakeholders

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our team focused on the Humidification Platform. The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team in collecting and organizing market inputs, analysing competitors’ products and contributing to the preparation of materials that help define product priorities and roadmap initiatives.

Working cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Quality, the Product Specialist helps ensure product information is accurate, accessible and aligned across stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives on Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Being successful in this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best-in-class solutions, flexibility and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong cross-functional collaboration attitude and ability to work in a team
• Curious and passionate about electromechanical disciplines
• Awareness of how HVAC/R solutions impact the environment
• Proactive, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to support improvement initiatives
• Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal), including the ability to create clear and concise presentations for audiences with diverse technical backgrounds
• The role is global; availability to travel internationally as needed and to work with distributed teams
