Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a Fresh Graduate Engineer to serve as Product Process Specialist in a high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure process build compliance and support production with problem solving across engineering interfaces.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and English at least at B2 level, with strong analytical and leadership potential, ready to learn and act proactively under pressure.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or Management).
• 1–2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Mansioni

• Ensures the compliance to build requirements of all process of the assigned area.
• Provides methodological support to production for problem solving and corrective actions and interface with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
• Identifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems.
• Coordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives.
