This role involves ensuring compliance with build requirements, providing support for problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and spearheading initiatives on safety, quality, cost, and lead times. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Management Engineering, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in a specific or similar role in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Ability to learn and work under pressure.
• Sense of proactivity.

Mansioni

• Ensures compliance to build requirements of all processes in the assigned area.
• Provides methodological support to production for problem solving.
• Identifies losses and waste in the assigned process.
• Coordinates safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives.
