Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking an experienced technical leader to head a global team of test managers across Stellantis Software, owning the validation strategy and gate decisions for large platform projects.

You will align with SW architects, developers, and downstream engineering to drive a globally aligned validation strategy, including ASPICE/ISO 26262, and oversee evidence-driven reporting and risk management.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electrical, Communications Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• At least 5 years of team leadership (minimum 3 years disciplinary).
• Strong project experience across Propulsion, Infotainment, Connectivity, Platform Services and more.
• Knowledge of modern SW development, integration methods and tool chains.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Proven leadership in ambiguous environments and across multiple projects.
• Understanding of automotive testing standards and complex test environments.
• Experience managing global teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience with planning, status & risk reporting and escalation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and ethics.
