Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in product management, ideally within the food or consumer goods industry.
• Experience in project management and driving cross-functional projects forward.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of markets, trends and customer needs.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with ownership mindset.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the FLAVIS product portfolio and its continuous development.
• Manage cross-functional product development and relaunch projects from idea to market launch.
• Plan and coordinate product launches and related go-to-market and product marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and growth within the portfolio.
• Maintain and update product information and data across the portfolio.
• Analyze sales, market and competitor data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to uncover new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
