Job summary

Dr. Schär is seeking a dynamic product management leader to shape the FLAVIS portfolio, identify new opportunities, and drive innovations from concept to market.

You will own the portfolio, coordinate cross-functional development, plan launches, and ensure alignment with go-to-market and product marketing activities.

This role requires strong market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on ownership to sustain growth and respond to customer needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the FLAVIS product portfolio and drive its continuous development
• Manage cross-functional product development and relaunch projects from initial idea to market launch
• Plan and coordinate product launches and related go-to-market and product marketing activities
• Proactively manage and further develop the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
• Oversee the product portfolio on an ongoing basis, including maintaining and updating relevant product information and data
• Analyze and interpret sales, market, and competitor data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new product and portfolio opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate key interfaces throughout the product lifecycle

Your profile

• Strong analytical skills combined with a good understanding of markets, trends, customer needs and product opportunities
• Structured and solution-oriented approach, hands‑on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in Italian and English
