Job summary

Dr. Schär is seeking a Marketing professional to lead the development and successful relaunch of new products. You will own product administration, launch documentation, and artwork approvals, while actively managing assigned categories and optimizing performance.

You will conduct market and consumer research with the Market Research team to drive growth strategies, collaborating with R&D, Production, Purchasing, Communications, and Marketing to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Marketing, ideally Product/Project Management in FMCG.
• Experience in cross-functional international teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and launch of new products and relaunches.
• Manage product administration and launch documentation, artwork approval.
• Oversee portfolio categories and optimize performance.
• Analyze portfolio data and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Purchasing, Communications and Marketing to commercialize products.
