CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, seeks a Product Owner to support NIWC in Naples, Italy. The PO will act as customer proxy within SAFe, drive the team backlog, and work with stakeholders to deliver high-value software.

The role requires strong agile experience, requirements management, and the ability to translate mission needs into actionable user stories. Occasional travel and security clearance are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and SAFe in complex software systems.
• Experience in requirements management, backlog grooming, and story writing.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
• Excellent written and spoken English; client-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Act as customer and proxy for one or more agile teams within SAFe.
• Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Decompose features into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize team backlog aligned to PI objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and Scrum Master across rituals.
• Validate delivered stories against acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Support PI Planning and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Maintain traceability across Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps and metrics.
• Prepare transition docs, personas, and training materials for fielding.
