Solvex Solutions is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of a global rollout programme in Italy. The role is hybrid in Italy and initially 6 months.

You will lead change impact assessments, develop stakeholder engagement and training plans, and govern readiness and adoption activities across business functions, ensuring effective risk management and clear documentation.

Competenze

• Proven Change Manager with D365 or ERP transformation experience.
• Experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness.
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders in the Italian market.
• Desirable: Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification.

Change Manager – D365

Location: Italy / Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of a global rollout programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans.
• Manage readiness, adoption and change governance activities.
• Track risks, gaps, communications and training progress.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Essential Requirements

• Proven Change Manager experience on D365, ERP or major transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness.
• Fluent Italian is Critical and mandatory – both written and spoken.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders in the Italian market.
• Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.

Desirable

• D365 Finance & Operations experience and Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification.
