Getinge Italia is seeking a Product Manager SW (Surgical Workflow) to drive market success across Italy. The role interfaces with market, customers, sales and internal stakeholders to support growth and customer satisfaction.

It is field-based with home-office duties and requires close proximity to customers. Responsibilities include promoting products via field demos, training the sales force, localizing global marketing strategies, and coordinating with multiple teams for timely submissions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
• Strong marketing and product positioning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions.
• Train and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level.
