How you’ll make an impact

As a Product Manager II, you will independently own the discovery and delivery of meaningful improvements within a defined product area. You will take responsibility for understanding customer problems, shaping clear hypotheses, and guiding your squad toward solutions that deliver measurable value. You will define problems with evidence, make informed trade‑offs, and ensure outcomes are clearly measured after release. Your impact will come from strong ownership, sound judgement, and your ability to turn insight into action while collaborating effectively with Design and Engineering.

What you’ll do

  • Own discovery for your product area, running customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis with increasing independence.

  • Define clear problem statements, assumptions, and hypotheses that guide solution exploration.

  • Shape feature‑level goals and success metrics, ensuring outcomes are measurable and reviewed after launch.

  • Write clear, structured product briefs and requirements that enable effective design and engineering delivery.

  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to make trade‑offs between user value, feasibility, speed, and quality.

  • Maintain a healthy opportunity backlog, assessing options using simple prioritisation and scoring frameworks.

  • Plan and support delivery of features, ensuring acceptance criteria reflect outcomes rather than outputs.

  • Review post‑launch performance, interpret results, and recommend next steps based on evidence.

  • Communicate decisions, progress, and rationale clearly to stakeholders, raising risks early and constructively.

  • Contribute to team learning by sharing insights, feedback, and lessons openly.

What you’ll bring with you

  • Solid experience working as a Product Manager, with ownership of features from discovery through delivery.

  • Confidence framing customer problems using both qualitative and quantitative evidence.

  • Ability to define and track meaningful product metrics, not just activity or output measures.

  • Experience collaborating within Product, Design, and Engineering trios to deliver customer value.

  • Practical understanding of technical constraints and how they influence scope and trade‑offs.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, suited to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • A proactive mindset, comfortable making decisions and escalating thoughtfully when needed.

  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement, with growing confidence in your product judgement.

  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
