Overview

As a Product Manager, Human Expression, you will be part of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing annual marketing plans for the Human Expression category, incorporating all aspects of the marketing mix to secure profitable growth for BIC and increase consumer preference for our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define yearly marketing plans within the framework of EU strategy and local long-term vision.
  2. Set marketing communication objectives for the category to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans covering ATL & BTL actions.
  3. Manage product portfolio, defining appropriate product mix and price positioning per channel based on customer and consumer needs.
  4. Champion market data and insights across the business, evaluate trends, opportunities, or threats, and turn data into strategic actions.
  5. Proactively explore and unlock new growth opportunities.
  6. Manage the brand support budget, including setting, control, and reporting.
  7. Ensure business profitability and increase ROI.
  8. Contribute to sales forecasting in cooperation with planning and sales teams, ensuring accuracy.
  9. Manage cross-departmental communication and coordination for smooth plan implementation.
  10. Collaborate with HQ marketing team to validate plans and align with EU strategy.
  11. Work closely with Sales & Category teams to identify and deliver growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. University Degree in Economics, preferably with a post-graduate degree in marketing.
  2. At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in FMCG companies.
  3. Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Inclination towards innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  7. Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends from various data sources and identify growth opportunities.

Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.

Full-time position.
