Aims International in Italy seeks a Product Manager for Home Appliances to drive a 3-year roadmap and lead new product development in a fast-moving international environment. Based in Varese, you will translate consumer insights into compelling product stories and lifecycle plans, influencing pricing, launches and channel expansion.

You will collaborate with local sales and communications teams, monitor industry trends, and coordinate with HQ to reach growth targets in the local market.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of product management experience in Consumer Electronics or White Goods.
• Experience with Refrigeration category is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian to liaise with HQ and local teams.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and decision-making abilities.
