Job summary

Sulzer Water Treatment Solutions is seeking a proactive Product Manager to own the granular media filtration portfolio (DynaSand/SuperSand) and shape its growth. You will coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure solution readiness across sales, operations, and application support.

Based in Europe with potential assignments across Sulzer offices in Italy, Spain, Germany or the UK, the role requires strong communication, process engineering and project management experience, plus

Qualifications

• Understanding of municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment.
• Experience with granular filtration products.
• Experience in process engineering, project management, and business/product development.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization; travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
• Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
• Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
• Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.
• Act as the application expert, gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
