Rochester Executive in the Bergamo area seeks a Technical Sales Director to lead high-impact, multinational sales in industrial water treatment. You will craft tailored solutions using modular components and coordinate with engineering and project teams to scale operations.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive end-to-end project sales, manage a robust pipeline, and propel international growth with cosmetics, pharma, and industrial clients. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Competenze

Engineering degree or equivalent experience (Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical)
10/12+ years total experience including 5+ years in technical sales of industrial solutions to multinational clients
Technical design and automation experience
Background in water treatment and environmental technologies
Understanding of engineering-driven sales cycles and technical proposals
International exposure across multiple geographies
Pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation
English fluent; French is a plus
