KIKO MILANO is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Team in Italy. The role covers the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis, ensuring profitability targets and timely execution within the brand strategy.

The candidate should drive trends analysis, coordinate with R&D, packaging, and marketing teams, and partner with Brand Communication to ensure consistency with the brand identity.

Competenze

• Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational company.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end process of product launches from ideation to execution.
• Coordinate with R&D and packaging teams and ensure brand alignment.
• Analyze trends, competition, and consumer insights.
• Monitor sales performance post-launch and drive improvements with marketing, trade, and retail teams.
• Collaborate with Brand Communication to align product positioning with brand identity.
