Job summary

KIKO MILANO in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join the Product team, reporting directly to the Product Manager.

You will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the brand, focusing on new product launches across makeup and skincare.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Trade Marketing, Digital and Brand teams to identify opportunities, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to the Product Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support development and execution of new product launches in makeup and skincare.
• Conduct market trends, competitor, and portfolio analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist in creation of internal presentations.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks.
• Actively manage communication with stakeholders to share up-to-date information.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Product Marketing Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Product team, reporting directly to the Product Manager.

The intern will support the Product Manager in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the brand, focusing on new product launches across all business categories.

Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand.

In particular, you will:

• Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Trade Marketing, Digital,Brand)
• Supporting the development and execution of new product launches for both make-up and skincare
• Conducting analysis on market trends, competitors, and portfolio architecture to identify opportunities and gaps within the product range
• Assisting in the creation of internal presentations
• Ensuring timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks
• Actively managing communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and up-to-date information sharing

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Economics, Marketing
• Previous internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferred
• Good knowledge of Office package
• Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Passion for beauty industry
