Job summary

KIKO MILANO, a Milan-based cosmetics brand, is seeking a Global Social Media Senior Manager to lead its worldwide social media strategy and enhance brand desirability, engagement and growth across all owned channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

Reporting to the Global EVP Brand Communications & Media within the Global Brand function, the role blends strategic vision, creative excellence and business acumen to strengthen brand awareness, support product launches, and drive community

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong strategic mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve KIKO MILANO's global social media strategy.
• Lead the Global Social Media Editorial Calendar for launches and brand initiatives.
• Identify consumer insights and platform opportunities to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with Content Development, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Define social guidelines and governance across markets.
• Support local markets in adapting global campaigns while preserving brand consistency.
• Define creator and user-generated content strategy.
• Partner with PR, Influencer Marketing, agencies and external partners.
• Monitor performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Global Social Media team.
• Manage agencies, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
