Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to lead Europe-wide strategies for referrer engagement and program evolution across markets. You will partner with country teams to optimize referral pathways and drive high-quality referrals through the CATALYST program.

Reporting to Therapy Development leadership, you will develop education programs with Medical Affairs, manage cross-functional projects, and monitor program success measures while scaling best practices

Competenze

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Shape and drive the Europe Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with country marketing and field teams to remove referral barriers.
• Develop HCP education programs and support faculty engagement.
