DecisionBrain is seeking a Product Manager in Bologna to bridge the AI-enabled DB Gene platform with real-world user needs. You will own the roadmap, manage backlogs, coordinate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Delivery, and shape releases that deliver measurable value.

You will work with developers, business analysts and planners across customers, partners and internal teams, owning personas, requirements, and go-to-market content while staying ahead of market trends in planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven roadmap and backlog ownership in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical understanding of modern web apps and AI tech.
• Experience with product discovery, customer interviews and usage metrics.
• Go-to-market experience: release communications and sales enablement.
• Experience using AI tools in product work.

Responsabilités

• Own roadmap and release planning, align with internal stakeholders.
• Turn feedback into prioritized, sized requirements and maintain backlog.
• Define personas and ensure their needs guide sprint planning and reviews.
• Lead customer feedback loops with Sales and customers.
• Coordinate release communications and enablement materials with teams.
• Monitor market trends and advise on product strategy.
