J.M. Huber Corporation in Emilia-Romagna (Medicina) invites a Product Manager to shape and manage our HAS portfolio, from positioning and pricing through launch and lifecycle management.

You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, Regulatory, Innovation, and global Product Management teams to translate market insights into action that drives performance and growth. Responsibilities include developing portfolio strategy for the assigned geography, managing products and SKUs

Competenze

• 4+ years in product management, marketing, or sales in agriculture (biostimulants, fertilizers, or plant nutrition preferred).
• Strong business, pricing, and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication.

Purpose of Job:

As a Product Manager, you will help shape and manage our product portfolio, from positioning and pricing through launch and lifecycle management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, Regulatory, Innovation, and global Product Management teams to turn market and business insights into actions that drive product performance and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize product positioning, portfolio strategy, and communication for the assigned geography and target applications.
• Manage products and SKUs throughout their lifecycle, including product information, sampling, portfolio reviews, and launch activities.
• Define pricing guidelines by product line and provide recommendations on costs, margins, target prices, and exceptions.
• Partner with Commercial and Portfolio Management teams on sales budgets, margin forecasts, and performance monitoring, identifying corrective actions where needed.
• Translate market, customer, and commercial insights into recommendations for portfolio positioning and product strategy.
• Ensure product information and value propositions are effectively reflected in marketing and external communications.
• Collaborate with Product Management colleagues across HAS geographies to share best practices and market insights.
• Partner with Global Innovation and Regulatory teams to support new product development and ensure product compliance and registration.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or a related role within the agriculture industry; experience in biostimulants, fertilizers, or plant nutrition is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of marketing, pricing, and financial principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI or similar platforms.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong team mindset and willingness to travel 30%+.
• Permanent Contract.
• Attractive compensation based on your qualifications and experience, with an annual gross salary of €40,000 to €46,000 and potential bonus opportunities depending on the function.
