Tandem Health in Milan is hiring for a Global Medical Operations role. You will empower clinicians, scale Tandem’s AI OS, and roll out solutions to leading healthcare organizations worldwide.

You’ll engage executives, medical leaders, and end-users to embed clinical insight into implementations. You will lead demos, design scalable workflows, and collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts and ongoing improvements.

Competenze

• This role requires clinical experience and a medical background.
• Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup settings is valued.
• Fluent in English and Italian is required.

Mansioni

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
• Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot issues to maximize clinician value from Tandem.
• Build templates and prompts to evolve Tandem’s AI assistant.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for scaling.
